The Scripture Cards Network abides in the vine. It is not a charity, it is not affiliated with any church or denomination, it is not incorporated
or hold a tax exemption. It is totally independent, answers to no man & is free to move as the Lord directs.
It is based on three ideas.
1: That people should have the opportunity to read the words of Jesus for themselves. In todays world the words of Jesus have been
filtered, diluted, missinterpreted & taken out of context. They have been hijacked, corrupted & exploited by false teachers & many claiming
even to be Christ returned.
2: To provide a witnessing tool. Today more than ever the words of Jesus are absent from our societies. We hear people say that they
believe in Jesus but don't actualy know what he said & because they don't know they are easily deceived.
3: To give believers an opportunity to act on the great commission given by Jesus in Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations,
baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
Scripture cards can be used anywhere. They can be left at bus stations, in train carraiges, the work place, shopping malls. Absolutely
anywhere where somebody might pick one up, read it & keep it. I have an image in my mind of somebody finding a scripture card of the
Lord's Prayer, keeping it & in a time of great need that person remembers they have that card, takes it out & prays, maybe for the first time
& you could have something to do with it.
